Refund Policy

We want you to love your Pale Skin Lab products. If you're not satisfied, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

 

We accept returns and issue replacements only if:

  • Your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective

  • The wrong item was sent

  • Your package was lost in transit

To qualify, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery. Email us at grace@paleskinlab.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief explanation

If the return is approved, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund for the product cost. You do not need to return the item.

 

 We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizing (unless the measurements are incorrect)

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

  • Delivered items that were not defective

Please double-check your order details and sizing before placing your order. All items are made to order and are not eligible for standard returns.

 

Important Note:

Returns are not sent back to our facility. If your order qualifies for a replacement or refund, we’ll handle it directly — you will not need to ship the item back.
